The above fees relate to work that was carried out at Catom B.V. and the companies that are included in the consolidation by independent accounting firms and independent external auditors as defined in Section 1(1) of the Audit Firms (Supervision) Act. They constitute the fees charged by the entire network to which the independent accounting firm belongs. These fees relate to the audit of the financial statements for 2019, regardless of whether the work was already performed during the year.
